How do I set the "From" address in my messages?

By default, your "From" address is the email address you used when you first registered your PrimeSender account. However, you can add as many verified email addresses as you like.

If you want to add another "From" email, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Under the Company Settings, click "Set up Verified Emails".
  3. In the Add New Email field, enter the email address you would like to verify and click "Send verification email".
  4. Go to your email inbox and click the verification link in the email that was sent to you to verify the email address.

This email address can now be used as a "From" address in your email campaigns.
