Can I add my own images into my email messages?

You can import your own images provided they reside online. To import images you will need to embed the image’s URL link (which is the image’s website address) into your email. An image's URL doesn't usually match the web address of the page where the image appears. Most image URLs end with the extensions JPG, GIF, PNG, or BMP.

Example: http://www.yourcompanywebsite.com/images/logo.jpg

To get the URL for the online image follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to the page containing the image you want to use.
  2. Move your mouse over the image and right-click the mouse button.
  3. Select “Properties” from the pop-up menu. The image's Properties dialog box displays.
  4. Copy the complete Address URL (including http:// all the way to the end of the file extension JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP) by highlighting it with your mouse, then right-clicking the mouse button and selecting “Copy” from the pop-up menu.

Now you can use the image URL to insert the online image into your PrimeSender email.
