How do I add images to my email messages?

If you want an image from your website, blog, or other online photo album to be placed in your email, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the image on the website and copy its image URL. You can learn how to do this in the FAQ Can I add my own images into my email messages?
  2. While editing your email in the Email Wizard, go to the block where you want to add the image.
  3. Click the Edit icon.
  4. Place your cursor on the image you wish to replace and click on it.
  5. In the Edit Toolbar, the Image icon will be highlighted.
  6. Click the Image Icon to display the Insert/Edit Image dialog box.
    (You may want to note the current image dimensions)
  7. In the Insert/Edit Image dialog box, click “Image URL”.
  8. Type or paste your image URL into the image URL field.
  9. Type in the dimensions from the previous image or leave dimensions blank.
  10. Click “Update” to see how the image appears.
  11. If you need to resize the image, click the Edit icon, click on the image to display its sizing marks. Position the cursor on the corner and drag to fit.
  12. Click “SAVE”. The image appears in your email.
